Where medical advice is needed, please call NHS 111.
Your call will be assessed individually and advice given.
If an appointment is necessary you will be contacted by Preston Primary Care and asked to attend the Centre (located next to Royal Preston Hospital in Sharoe Green Lane.)
A visit will be offered only if the patient is too ill to travel.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
