Welcome to Ash Tree House Surgery
Ash Tree House Surgery in Kirkham is a progressive Training Practice housed in a beautiful listed building, Ash Tree House provides a full range of primary care services to a population of nearly 10,700 patients.
We are committed to giving our patients the highest quality service by maintaining a mutual confidence between Doctor and Patient.
There are 6 GP Principals working closely with a dedicated Practice team which includes Nurses, a Pharmacist Practitioner, Counsellor and support staff. The Practice is also supported by Community staff including a Community Matron, District Nurses and Health Visitors and a resident Physiotherapist.
Telephone calls to and from the surgery may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.

Important changes to your personal data
The Practice is required to supply your personal and confidential medical information to the Heath and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC). This information will be taken from the practice and includes your postcode and NHS number but not your name and sent to a secure system where it can be linked with other health information.
The practice has to allow the HSCIC to extract this information.
However, individual patients can instruct the Practice to stop the transfer of their data. For more information on the reasons for this data extraction please go to http://www.hscic.gov.uk/dles

Shingles Vaccinations
Ash Tree House will shortly be commencing the Shingles vaccination programme. If you are eligible for the vaccine you will be contacted by the Practice and offered an appointment with the Practice Nurse.
Whooping Cough Vaccine
We are still able to offer the Whooping Cough Vaccine to pregnant women who are between 28 and 38 weeks into their pregnancy. Please contact the surgery for more details.
